User Conduct & System Integrity
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to interact with Forge Consulting’s educational modules and consultative materials. This access is contingent upon adherence to strict ethical and technical boundaries. You may not use this site for any activity that stresses the server infrastructure or attempts to reverse-engineer our proprietary assessment algorithms.

System Health
All interactions are logged for security and compliance audits.
Proprietary Assets & Blueprints
The Methodology
Our "Forge Process" and "Focus Standards" are legally protected intellectual property. Commercial redistribution or structural imitation without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.
Algorithm Rights
The scoring engines and educational logic housed within the Academy are trade secrets of Forge Consulting. Users retain no rights to the underlying source code.
Brand Integrity
The Forge Consulting name, logo, and the 'Welding Spark' design aesthetic are trademarks protected under EU law. Any use must follow our brand guidelines.

Informational Guidance
Content provided by Forge Consulting, including articles and toolkits, serves as expert guidance based on current industrial benchmarks. It does not constitute legal, financial, or engineering certification for specific client projects without a formal engagement contract.
System Availability
While we target 99.9% uptime for our digital systems, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access during scheduled maintenance or external infrastructure failures beyond our control.
Third-Party Links
Our site may contain references to external ISO standards or regulatory bodies. Forge Consulting is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or reliability of these external entities.
The Disclaimer of Responsibility
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Forge Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. This applies whether incurred directly or indirectly as a result of your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the services.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Formal disputes are governed by the laws of France. Any legal action shall be exclusively heard in the courts located in Paris.
Mediation Protocol
Before escalating to formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt an informal resolution via mediation within 30 days of the dispute notice.
Severability
If any clause is found invalid, remaining terms stay in full effect.
Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Continued use implies consent.
